What within me will benefit by Learning to Train?

 

  Cognitive need

 

Maslow hierarchy of needs original suggested only 5 human needs but later 3 additional needs have been discovered among which is the ‘Cognitive Need’, referring to us as the human need to increase intelligence through learning, exploring, discovering and creativity. 

Learning to train increases your intelligence and gives a better understanding of the world around you; furthermore, it helps you adapt to the rapidly changing world by rewiring your brain in order to change the usual outcome to new or different one. 

To get a different result you should reframe your mindset, to reframe your mindset, undergoing a master training program is extremely important.

 

 

 

Self confidence

Learning to train is one of the ways which could help one to boost their self-confidence.

Training  is a long term investment in yourself, that will pay you back in terms of knowledge, power to overcome unpredictable situations, ability to do things right. This in return will make you be able to help others by transferring the same knowledge  and experience, and by doing so you are building confidence in yourself as well as self-esteem that make you attractive to the society.

The knowledge in you and the ability to share that knowledge are the core components of your self-confidence and self-esteem.
