  How learning to train helps you in other aspects of your life?   ‘Learning to train’ others has a huge impact in the way we grow and progress through life. This is first in the series where we, at Myndscope, would like to create an awareness on ‘How learning to train helps you in other aspects of your life?’ The first is Your mindset: When you learn to train, you are on a path to keeping yourself out of your comfort zone for a greater degree of time. This, in turn, keeps your mind agile and alert. Not only do you learn to think on your feet, and ironically, your mind also learns how to prepare better before going into the ‘ring’. You are seen something of a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ so you are spurred to keep yourself upgraded on your area of expertise all the time. This could also reflect on areas not connected to your expertise, as you become very adept at doing research and analysis on whatever task you take up. Your mind automatically attracts information which you seek.
